How to cancel a booking?
Step 1: Click on the "cancellation management" link on the side menu.
Step 2: Select "Cancel Booking" under Cancellation Management.
Step 3: Select the pickup date and booking ID that will be canceled.
Step 4: Click on the "Save" button.
