How to use the manifest?

This section gives the group of orders under one session or under one pick-up.

For the creation of the manifest, the steps are as follows.

Step 1: click schedule on the left side of the page

Step 2: click manifest

Manifest can be created by two types.

By session

These manifests are generated bases on the time chosen on booking.

The steps are as follows

Step 1:  choose the travel date

Step 2: choose the order by

By session order by index contains the following fields

·         Si no

·         Order number

·         User name

·         Phone number

·         Quantities

·         Extras

·         Net amount

·         Amount paid

·         Discount amount

·         Balance amount

·         Pick-up  time

By pickups

These manifests are generated bases on the pick-up time.

The steps are as follows

Step 1:  choose the travel date

Step 2: choose the order by 

By pick up time order by the index consists of the following columns.

·         Si no

·         Order number

·         User name

·         Phone number

·         Quantities

·         Net amount

·         Amount paid

·         Discount amount

·         Balance amount

·         Requirements

·         Notes

Functionalities in the manifest are

·         Print-we can print the manifest details order by session and pick up point time by using  the button right side of the page

·         Export to CSV-we can export manifest details order by sessions and pick up point time by using  the button right side of the page.
