How To View Reports?

A Booking Status is an easy, visual indication to alert you to bookings requiring action. Certain statuses affect your online availability, calendar, and manifest. This section consists of detailed reports of

·         Bus Manifest

·         Cancelled Report

·         Finance Report

·         Online users Report

·         Agent Booking Report

Bus manifest

·       A bus manifest describes the day-to-day manifest of the bus.

Step 1: Select the travel date and the bus.

Step 2: Click on the "search" button.

Step 3: The order number, name, phone number, board point, drop off time, departure time, arrival time, number of seats, and selected seat number are all included in the report.

Step 4: This manifest has been exported to CSV, and the print option is there.

Cancelled report

·       The Cancelled report gives the details of two ranges of dates.

·       The Cancelled report lists the cancelled bookings on the search dates.

·       It includes fields like the Order number, Passenger name, Travel Date, Cancellation type, Total amount, Refund amount, Net amount, Cancelled on, Cancelled by, Refund on, Refund status.

·       This cancelled report has the option to export to CSV and print.

Finance report

·       The Finance report gives the details of two ranges of dates.

·       It gives the details of the full transaction and revenue of the service provider.

Online user report

·       The online user report gives the details of two ranges of dates.

·       This report gives the user’s transactions only.

Agent report

·       An Agent Report gives all transactions that are done by an agent within a period of two dates.
